Square Rod Types: Titanium grades include Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr5, Gr7, and others. Titanium products are lightweight but have high strength and excellent resistance to corrosion and heat. The new titanium alloys can be used at temperatures of 600°C or higher for a long time and also perform well in low temperatures, staying flexible and tough between -196°C and -253°C. They resist damping well, are non-magnetic and non-toxic, and have good tensile and yield strength. Additionally, they conduct heat well, have low stiffness, and possess abilities like suction, memory, superconductivity, and hydrogen storage.
Titanium square bars and titanium alloy square bars are a new kind of building material. Titanium has a high melting point, is lightweight but strong, tough, and resistant to fatigue, acids, and alkalis. It also has low thermal conductivity and can handle extreme temperatures, plus it doesn’t stress much when rapidly cooled or heated. Because of these properties, titanium is used in aviation, aerospace, and other high-tech fields, and it’s increasingly being used in industries like chemicals, petroleum, electricity, seawater desalination, construction, and everyday products.
