Introduzione al prodotto

The traditional mechanical joining methods don’t work well for titanium-coated copper, so it’s important to ensure that the bond between them is very strong and has a high bonding rate. To solve this problem, advanced explosion-rolling technology was used to successfully create titanium-coated copper composite bars with a shear strength of at least 130 MPa and a bonding rate of 98% or more. We can also make composite bars in various shapes, including round, square, flat, drum, and special shapes, with a maximum length of over four meters, and we can weld them in different geometries based on customer requirements.

Caratteristiche

The base material of the composite is T1 or T2 grade copper, while the compound material is made of ZTA1, TA1, ZTA2, or TA2 grade pure titanium. These materials are supplied in different states: hot machined (R), hard (Y), explosive compound annealed (BM), or explosive compound hot machined (BR). The chemical composition of the copper must meet the standards set by GB/T5231, and the titanium composition must follow the standards of GB/T15073 or GB/T3620.

The Ti-Cu composite material can be used to make metal anode electrolyzers and other applications.
