Welding Titanium Pipes
Welding Titanium Pipe is made from pure titanium using special techniques like cold bending, welding, and testing methods. The pipe has an even wall thickness, a highly accurate outer diameter, and can be made in any length. It is environmentally friendly and produced efficiently in large quantities with high precision for both titanium and titanium alloy tubes.
Présentation du produit
Characteristics of Titanium and Titanium Alloy Welded Pipes:
- Pure titanium welds well, with weld strength, flexibility, and corrosion resistance similar to the base material.
- It offers excellent corrosion resistance, operates safely and reliably, requires little or no maintenance, and has a long life.
- The uniform wall thickness improves heat transfer, and the high-quality, even diameter ensures smooth inner and outer surfaces.
- Pipes can be made in any length.
- The production process is environmentally friendly.
Specifications:
- Diameter: Φ (10-50.8) x Thickness (0.3-2.0)
- Diameter: Φ (38.1-114.3) x Thickness (1.2-4.0)
Application Fields:
These thin-walled titanium welded tubes are used in heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and industrial equipment. They are also used for industrial fluids in pressure vessels, corrosion-resistant pipes, and support pipes. You can find them in industries like electric power, chemical processing, seawater use, marine engineering, aerospace, metallurgy, medicine, and food.
Welding Guidelines:
- Carefully control the temperature between layers to prevent titanium alloy from absorbing gases like nitrogen, hydrogen, and oxygen, as well as iron and carbon.
- Use high-purity argon gas for protection during welding and ensure the gas flow stays within the specified range.
- Clean the welding area and wire of dirt like oxides and grease, and aim to complete the weld within 8 hours.
- Ensure the environment is suitable for titanium welding during fieldwork.
